Live Dealer Games
In live baccarat you place a bet on Player, Banker, or Tie. A real dealer deals the cards, and the hand whose total is closest to 9 wins. ek999's live casino offers tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Each round takes only a few seconds, so the game is fast-paced and easy to follow.
Yes, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar tables are available in ek999's live casino section. In Teen Patti you build the best hand from three cards and compare it against the dealer's hand. In Andar Bahar you predict whether a card matching the middle card will appear on the Andar (left) or Bahar (right) side. Both games are popular with South Asian players and dealer interaction in Bengali is available.
ek999's live casino is fully mobile-friendly. You can play smoothly on both Android and iOS through a browser or the ek999 app. A decent mobile data or Wi-Fi connection keeps the video stream running without lag. If the screen feels small, switch to landscape mode for a clearer view of the table layout.
Live table bet limits at ek999 vary by table. Lower-stakes tables let you start with a small amount, while high-roller tables allow significantly larger bets. The minimum and maximum limits are shown on screen before you enter each table, so it is easy to pick one that suits your budget.
Yes, ek999 has live roulette tables and they are accessible directly from a browser in Bangladesh. The game works on a normal mobile internet connection, though a faster connection helps keep the video stream smooth. Both European and Asian roulette variants are available in ek999's casino section.
If the connection drops after a round has started, the bet is generally processed on the server. When you log back in you will see the result of that round, and any winnings will be credited to your account. If anything unusual happens, contact ek999's 24/7 live chat support with the details and they will resolve it promptly.
Slots Questions
Many slot games at ek999 can be tried in demo mode. Demo mode uses virtual credits, so no real money is spent. It is a good way to understand a new game's mechanics, see how bonus features trigger, and find out what you enjoy. However, any winnings in demo mode do not transfer to your real account. Visit the ek999 slots section to browse the game list.
If you want to play for longer on a low budget, choose low-volatility slots — these pay out smaller wins more often. Check the minimum bet before opening a game and spread your total budget across many small bets. PG Soft games like Fortune Tiger or Lucky Neko are known to trigger bonus features even at low bet sizes. The lower the bet per spin, the longer your session can last.
RTP (Return to Player) is a theoretical percentage showing how much a game returns per ৳100 wagered on average over millions of spins. For example, Fortune Mouse has a maximum RTP of 96.96%. It is not a guarantee for any individual session; results vary over short periods. A higher RTP means a lower house edge, but also factor in volatility.
In progressive jackpot slots, a small portion of every bet goes into a growing prize pool. The more people play, the larger it grows — until someone wins it. After a win, the pool resets and starts growing again. ek999's game library includes titles with notable jackpot opportunities. The type of jackpot is mentioned on each game's info page.
The minimum deposit at ek999 is ৳200 — this applies equally to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. So a ৳200 deposit is enough to access the slots section. Each slot also has its own minimum bet, which you can see in the bet configuration after opening the game.
Regular slots have a fixed number of paylines, such as 20 or 25. In Megaways slots, the height of each reel changes randomly on every spin, meaning the number of winning ways can run into the thousands. Big Time Gaming's Bonanza Megaways and Extra Chilli Megaways are well-known examples of this mechanic. More ways means more chances — but volatility is usually higher too.
Welcome Bonus
The wagering requirement for ek999's welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a 100% bonus of ৳1,000, making your balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000. Once that ৳15,000 wagering requirement is met, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
No, the ek999 welcome bonus is available only once per player — at the time of the first deposit. If multiple accounts are opened from the same device, IP address, or payment method to claim the bonus, those accounts may be closed. Read ek999's Terms and Conditions for full details.
Slot games generally count fully towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and table games may count partially or not at all. Check ek999's bonus terms for the specific list and contribution rates, or ask the 24/7 live chat support.
First, create a new account at ek999 (age 21+ required). Then activate the bonus at the time of your first deposit — the minimum deposit is ৳200. After a successful deposit, a 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 should be added to your account automatically. If it is not, contact live chat. Make sure to read the terms and conditions before claiming the bonus.
The maximum bonus is ৳15,000. So depositing ৳30,200 or more still gives a bonus of only ৳15,000. In that case: deposit ৳30,200 → bonus ৳15,000 → total balance ৳45,200 → wagering requirement ৳15,000 × 15 = ৳2,25,000. The larger the bonus, the higher the wagering requirement — so decide based on what works for you.
Taking a bonus at ek999 is entirely optional. If you want to withdraw your deposited funds directly without any wagering requirement, it is best not to take the bonus offer at the time of deposit. Once a bonus has been added to your account, its terms must be followed. Read the Responsible Gaming guide before making your decision.
Questions about withdrawals
It is normal for a withdrawal request to show as "pending" for a short while after submission — this means ek999's finance team is reviewing it. The process is usually completed within 10–45 minutes. If it takes longer or the status does not change, contact live chat with your transaction ID.
To withdraw bonus winnings, the wagering requirement must be completed first. For a ৳1,000 bonus the wagering requirement is ৳15,000 (15 times the bonus). After that amount has been wagered, the bonus balance converts to real balance and can be withdrawn. You can see your current wagering progress in your account.
Yes, ek999's payment service runs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Whether it is night or a holiday, withdrawal requests should be processed within 10–45 minutes. This timeframe is the same for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. If there is an unusual delay, contact 24/7 support.
The usual processing time for a withdrawal from ek999 to bKash is 10 to 45 minutes. Funds are sent to your bKash number as soon as the request is verified. The same timeframe applies to Nagad and Rocket. Bank transfers may take slightly longer due to the bank's own processing.
The minimum withdrawal amount at ek999 is ৳500. This is the same for all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. A withdrawal request cannot be submitted unless your account has at least ৳500 in real (withdrawable) balance. Bonus and real balance are shown separately.
ek999 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process for secure transactions. Account verification may be required for the first withdrawal or above a certain amount. Typically you need to provide a copy of your national ID or passport and details of the payment method used. This keeps your account secure and helps prevent fraud.
