These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ek999 platform and all services, products, and websites under it. This document serves as a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and ek999.

The following definitions are used throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means ek999's website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "Member" means any individual account holder registered with ek999.
• "Services" means casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, and other entertainment activities operated through the Platform.
• "Account Balance" means the usable funds currently held in a member's account, which may consist of cash and bonus funds.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services at ek999:

2.1 Age Restriction

Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account with ek999 and participate in all types of casino and betting activities. If the age information provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and any pending winnings may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be suspended and all bonuses will be voided.

2.3 Accurate Information

At registration, you must provide your full name, correct date of birth, an active mobile number, and valid banking or mobile banking details. As part of the verification process, ek999 may request identity documents, a national ID card, or other supporting documents at any time. Providing false information risks account closure.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the ek999 support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are available for depositing funds into ek999:

• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. After a deposit is completed, funds generally take a few minutes to appear in the account.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The same methods used for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — can be used to withdraw winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.

3.3 Anti-Fraud Policy

For suspicious transactions, ek999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for verification without prior notice. If evidence of money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful financial activity is found, the relevant account will be permanently closed.

ek999 offers various bonuses and promotional benefits to its registered members. Each offer has its own rules, but the general conditions below apply in all cases.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳15,000 in bets.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the relevant offer explicitly permits it.
• There is no option to reduce the account balance to zero and then claim a bonus again.

4.3 VIP Weekly Cashback

ek999's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses — ranging from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to 1.0% at Diamond. For example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive up to ৳120 cashback (৳20,000 × 0.6%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on total losses minus total winnings for that week.

4.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Bonuses

ek999 may at any time change the terms of a bonus offer, temporarily suspend it, or cancel it. An effort will be made to notify members in advance, though this is not required in all cases.

ek999 treats the protection of its members' personal data as a top priority. Information collected at registration — name, mobile number, address, and financial details — is used solely for account management, verification, and service delivery.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek999 platform and may result in account closure and applicable legal action:

1. Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or a third-party payment method without that person's authorisation.
2. Attempting to manipulate games or betting using software, bots, automation tools, or any other artificial means.
3. Attempting to access ek999's systems without authorisation, hacking, or conducting any form of cyberattack.
4. Attempting to collect or use the account details, personal information, or financial information of other members.
5. Participating in collusion or match fixing.
6. Sending abusive, threatening, or misleading messages or comments.

7.1 ek999's Rights

ek999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under any of the following circumstances:

• If evidence of false information provided at registration is found.
• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period.
• If financial manipulation or fraud is suspected.
• At the user's own request.

7.2 Member's Rights

Any member may request to close their account by contacting the ek999 support team. An opportunity will be given to settle all pending withdrawals before the account is closed, unless there is a fraud allegation against the account.

8.1 Liability for Service Disruption

ek999 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service. However, ek999 is not liable for temporary service disruptions caused by technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues, power outages, or failures by third-party service providers.

If a session is interrupted mid-way, the account will be updated according to the last record saved in the system.

8.2 Game Errors and Inconsistent Results

If a technical error in a game produces an inconsistent win or loss, ek999 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. Any winnings resulting from a software error will not be considered valid.

10.2 Right to Final Decision

In disputes relating to game results, bonus calculations, or transactions, ek999's internal records and system logs will be treated as the final evidence. ek999's decision will be considered final in the interpretation of any clause of these Terms.

10.3 Changes to the Service

ek999 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. After any change, the updated version will be published on the website. Continued use of the service after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the new terms by the member.

ek999's Android (APK) and iOS mobile applications are available through official channels. Before downloading or installing the app, verify that your device meets the required system specifications.

All transactions, bets, and account activities carried out through the mobile app are equally subject to all provisions of these Terms. Avoid downloading unofficial third-party versions — these may pose security risks, and ek999 accepts no liability for the use of such versions.

If any clause of these Terms becomes ineffective or inapplicable for any reason, all remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. Temporarily relaxing the enforcement of any clause will not be considered a permanent waiver of that clause.
